Heather and Brian’s day was simple wonderful!  I first met Heather and her daughter at my Christmas Tree Farm Mini sessions last fall.  The day was awesome and I knew these two were special from that very first shoot.  The love Heather has for her daughter is fierce!  A few months after the shoot Heather contacted me about shooting her wedding.  I couldn’t have been more excited for her and to have the opportunity to capture her special day.

On the day of the wedding it had been raining for 2 weeks straight.  No joke!  So, I arrived at the McFarland House with my trusty clear umbrella prepared for whatever the day would bring.  Lucky for us it was sunshine!!!  After a few getting ready pictures and a first look we headed off to a spot Heather had been eyeing for pictures.  It was on private property so her amazing fiance (now husband) showed up in his military uniform and asked the owner of the house if we could take a few pictures there.  She of course said yes.  Who can say no to a man in uniform?  It was such a gorgeous location and I am so glad we were able to shoot there!

Back at the McFarland House we met up with Heather’s daughter and Brian’s daughter.  These girls were the cutest and I can tell they are not only going to be sisters but lifelong friends as well!  I am so happy for Heather and Brian and their girls!  They are the perfect family and it is evident to everyone how much they love each other!
