Spokesmodels are chosen through an application process and receive many perks including participation in photoshoots, digital images to share on social media, a complimentary professional makeup session , group activities and events, cash bonuses, styled shoots and more!

Does it Cost Anything to be a Senior Spokesmodel?

There are no hidden fees or events that cost money associated with being a spokesmodel.  Though, spokesmodels are required to book their senior session with Haley Willingham Photography and pay the full cost of that session ($400) upon signing the spokesmodel contract.  This fee can be earned back through referrals!  Spokesmodels receive $50 cash back for full sessions and $100 for weddings.

How Will I Know If I am Chosen?

If you are selected you will receive a letter in the mail by March 1st with an invitation to he mandatory meet and greet at Haley’s studio in downtown Shepherdstown on March 12th at 5:00pm.  All selected Spokesmodels will also be announced on Facebook on March 1st.

What Are My Responsibilities As a Spokes Model?

Your main responsibility is to refer friends and family to Haley Willingham Photography.  This includes sharing on social media regularly and attending Haley Willingham Photography Spokemodel events and photoshoots.

What Do I Receive As A Spokesmodel?  

Spokesmodels receive countless perks including a complimentary mini session before your senior year with professional makeup, digital images to share online with friends, participation in a fully styled shoot, senior session, cash bonuses, group activities and more!

How Does The Cash Back and Bonuses Work?

On March 12th at our meet and greet you will be required to pay the $400 for your senior session.  This is the only fee you will ever be asked to pay.  You will have the chance to earn this back through referrals.  Spokesmodels receive $50 cash back for full sessions and $100 for weddings.  For you to receive your cash back credit the person booking their session/wedding must mention your name at time of booking and follow through with their session and final payment.  Once you meet your $400 session fee your cash back will turn into cash bonuses.  So, you will still receive cash for the sessions/weddings you refer up until your last day of the program on June 1, 2018.

Do My Parents Need To Be Involved?

Yes!  Please tell your parents that you are applying.  It is required that you include their e-mail on your application form.  I will contact them directly to let them know that you were accepted into the program.  They must be OK with you joining the program and attend the mandatory meet and greet on March 12th to sign the contract with you.  Please tell them you are applying so they are not surprised when they receive my e-mail.  Parents are not required to attend any shoots or functions after the initial meet and greet but they are always invited to attend shoots if they choose to.

Do I Receive The Digital Files To Share On Social Media?

Yes!  After each shootout or mini session I will post a few pictures to social media right away for you to share.  Then, 7-10 days later all the edited photos with you in them will be added to your private gallery.  You will be able to download your new set of images directly to your computer to share on social media and even print if you choose.  All group shoots will include group and individual shots.

How Long am I on the Team?

You reign as an HWP Spokesmodel will run from March 1st – June 1st 2018.  All referral sessions must be booked by June 1st but you will not receive your cash back until the session/wedding takes place and final payment is received).

It’s easy, just complete the application below.  I will evaluate all the applications and contact everyone on March 1st. The selected Spokesmodels, along with at least one parent/guardian, MUST attend an orientation on March 12th to sign the contract and go over all the details of the program.
